  Excellent villa, excellent location

  Liked: The location of the villa was ideal, right at the heart of caletta, the villa was well equipped also and whilst the pool was shared we had it largely to ourselves the entire holiday

  Disliked: With no air conditioning the villa was hot, but the fans helped, but AC would have made the trip much more confortable

  Liked: Everything! Super close to the bars and shops. Had the pool to ourselves most days. Host was amazing and so accommodating, would definitely return

  Fantastic property

  Liked: Location is great, outdoor space is amazing and the communal pool is a bonus.

  Disliked: Love the property this was our 3rd stay here. Our only bit of constructive criticism would be that the owners should invest in air conditioning - that would make a huge difference in the hot summer months 😁

  Liked: The location was really close to the beach, which was excellent. Several shops and bars in close proximity were a bonus.

  Disliked: The music from the local bars was loud and kept on going until late at night/early morning, although the soundproofing in the bedrooms was decent. There was a strong fish smell from the fridge upon arrival, which only stopped after several days. Not sure what was stored in the fridge prior to our arrival...

  Stunning location but is badly let down

  Liked: Fantastic location & swimming pool. Villa was very spacious inside & out.

  Disliked: Either the owner or management company has let this potentially stunning property go downhill. There was no security deposit box/safe in the property & a weak excuse was given by the agent as to why there wasn’t one. Every digibox safe has a reset code from previous users!! The fans worked but all the mesh covers fell off or there wasn’t even one on. Electric tripped on arrival. All the plants to the front & rear were dead. You couldn’t see in one of the showers as the lights were so dim. You can see where someone has tried to jemmy the front patio doors and several of the wooden shutters. This place needs brightening up, windows/ shutters fixed & Air con units put in. This place isn’t cheap to rent so come on owner or agents get your act together.
