Exceptional
Liked: Location, parking, nice kitchen and main bedroom
Disliked: Only one sofa, small lounge area, outside furniture, it is smaller than the photos lead you to believe, small elevator tight for wheelchair

Disliked: There was mold visible in the bathroom. Was smelling in the kitchen, too. Rental company said, that they would take care about it.
Lovely stay, totally recommend, but it needs a few small improvements
Liked: Fantastic location, right on the beachfront! The living room offers a stunning sea view, and being on one of the upper floors makes the apartment quieter. Truly an unbeatable spot. The host was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils you might need, and there were thoughtful extras like an iron, ironing board, clothes rack, a few books, and cleaning supplies. The living room has air conditioning, but we barely used it since the weather in Calpe was pleasantly mild during our stay.
Disliked: The apartment wasn’t as clean as expected. The couch covers and pillows were quite dirty, and the bed sheets didn’t look great either. I understand that keeping white sheets in a beach house can be challenging, but I wasn’t a fan of the mismatched covers, their texture, and the fact that the sheets were too small with loose elastic. They kept coming off every night, which was frustrating and left us sleeping on parts of the mattress or bunched up sheets underneath us. Overall, the bedding looked worn and old. The shower was clogged, and even after trying to fix it with a solution, water overflowed onto the bathroom floor. Also, the bedroom doesn’t have air conditioning, so during hot summer days, it could get uncomfortable. Not a major issue, but I would have appreciated some basic kitchen staples like coffee, tea, and sugar. Another personal dislike was the abundance of air fresheners throughout the house, in every corner and even inside cabinets. It felt like they were trying to mask a smell, but instead, the strong scents were unpleasant for me.
Liked: This is a really great apartment with a beautiful view right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay here. All our questions were resolved very quickly. Highly recommend!
Disliked: The small room with a bunk bed is very small for two people

Liked: The best location in Calpe! The beach is right in front of the building and it is a walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants
Disliked: Only one thing - too narrow bed in the bedroom for tall people
