Liked: Property was very nicely laid out and spacious

Liked: Location great near beach, rooms and balcony big enough, 2 bathrooms.
Disliked: Lady from the office, where I should get keys don´t know English language, only German and Spanish. Weak communication with owners via Booking chat, not responding every time when I have some question. Missing kitchen utensil, like forks, knives, on the accomodation was only 1 spoon regarding kitchen utensil.
Great location
Liked: Great location and we had an apartment with balcony looking out on the sea and beach.
Disliked: The language barrier made it difficult to arrange to get keys out of hours and the apartment could be freshened up/modernised a bit but we were happy enough overall.
Liked: Excellent central location with fantastic sea and Penon (Calpe rock) views. Very good size studio, with excellent facilties. Nice and clean
