Exceptional
Fabulous
Liked: Fantastic location great facilities and staff are fab
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: The location. Size of the apartment and the staff were amazing
Disliked: Nothing.
Nice but would not go back
Liked: Location was excellent beside beach, restaurants, supermarket, etc. The reception staff were lovely on the first day.
Disliked: The check in process was VERY LONG/SLOW, they did apologise repeatedly but apparently it always takes that long. The apartment was very good but there was far too much furniture in the compact bedroom which meant squeezing past a tallboy/chest of drawers each time one leg at a time. It had a tv placed (somewhat precariously)on top of it - it wasn't possible to move it as there was no where else to put it. The staff were smiley but not particularly helpful of friendly (apart from the one on the first evening). The check in and out times seemed late and early, 6pm and 10am. The have written on their website and on the page they issue at check in that they are happy to arrange late checkout where possible. Our flight was delayed so we asked if it would be possible to check out 1-2 hours later (and pay of course) and were told a flat no, without them even checking the system. We were treated poorly, as if asking was wrong, despite it being written everywhere. The food is good but the dining hall is huge and busy and apparently we were not entitled to the seats with the fabulous view - we asked over the week if we could book, pay extra, arrive earlier/later but we were told they were 'not for you.'
Liked: Location and facilites are very good. Staff very helpful
