  Excellent apartment for all travellers

  Liked: Fabulous location, very safe, comfortable lovely balcony, excellent kitchen inventory

  Disliked: Lack of shelving in the shower room, nowhere to put toiletries or shower items whilst showering.

  Liked: The location is Perfect, very close to the beach and to the centrum. In the apartament is everything what you need and even more.

  Disliked: What I am finding is not fair, it is an extra charge, when you check in after 20.00h. I was aware of this rule, but it was the first time in my history of booking when I had to pay it.

  Nice modern apartment next to the beach

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay. The host was kind, correct, and always available and met us on time personally on arrival to hand the keys. The apartment is fully equipped, new, comfortable and has central air-conditioning. We were a family of 4, so two full restrooms is a plus, even though one is more towards the smallish/tight side, but it has everything. The beach is a short walk (5min?) away, so close we didn’t even use the pool, which looked nice. The apartment had some beach umbrellas although we brought ours. There are a series of paid parking options at or immediately next to the building, but we used mostly free parking and it was high season (usually found 2-3 blocks away, 1 if you are lucky). Overall it was excellent and we would repeat the stay.

  Perfect location! The tourist train even has a stop right there!

  Liked: The location was much better than we even realized! It’s close to everything! Beach, groceries, shopping, restaurants, the boardwalk, everything is right there. It’s a little bit of a hill on the way back but even my mom who doesn’t get around well at all was able to do it. The pool was great for our young kids, the beds were comfy, and the tv was perfect for watching World Cup. We had a really great stay! The tourist train was actually so fun and takes you past all the best stuff, we saw the flamingoes, the peñón, the Roman baths, old town, etc and theres a stop right in front of the house. The beach is spectacular. If we come to Calpe again, we will book here again. The location is perfect and we were able to get parking directly in front.

Please note the following charges for late check-in:

- From 20:00 to 22:00 = 10 EUR

- After 22:00 EUR = 50 EUR

Guests can leave the damage deposit in cash or by bank card. In the case of bank card payment, the deposit is blocked on the bank card upon arrival and returned after departure.

Parking does not go automatically with the apartment. It depends on availability and costs 12 euros per night. It is necessary to book in advance. Parking reservation considered confirmed after our confirmation.

Change of bed linen and towels during the stay can be requested for 9 EUR per person. Additional cleaning during the stay can be requested for 40 EUR.

In both cases it is necessary to notify in advance.

This property cannot host single parties or similar events.
