  Liked: Instructions on how to get into the apartment through the agent was excellent. Found the apartment clean with high quality furnishings, plenty of room for my family of six people.

  Disliked: Bedding was lacking in quality and a couple of times the hot water for the shower ran out.

  Liked: The cold water dispenser was a great idea! Saved buying and carrying from local shop. Very clean with air-conditioning throughout. Carlos was super helpful at the start of the holiday too.

  Disliked: The noise from the construction was a little annoying but nothing that would stop us returning. Maybe the option of a mattress topper would be great too as the beds are harder than we a used to, but again wouldn't stop us returning

  Fabulous home from home

  Liked: Very spacious, light, comfy beds 2 nice sized bathrooms with showers, comfortable beds and pillows, kitchen appliances and plenty of utensils, plates etc Location was perfect jus a 5 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Host was very communicative and met us with the key.I would definitely return.

  An Exceptional Stay in Calpe

  Liked: As a group of friends, we have been traveling to the Calpe area twice a year for the past five years, and this was by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. The owner is extremely helpful, friendly, and communicative, which made everything very easy from the start. The apartment includes secure parking in a garage, which is a big plus. It is located on the 7th floor and faces east, so you wake up every morning to a beautiful sunrise. There is also a lovely view of the rock, although it is currently partly affected by two new buildings under construction. However, we did not experience any noise issues at all — the work was quiet during day, and we slept very well at night. Recycling bins are conveniently located right in front of the building. The owner also offers bottled water for €10 per 19l barrel, which is incredibly practical and saves a lot of effort. Thanks to this, trips to the nearby Lidl and MyMercat were only needed for groceries. 🙂 The kitchen is perfectly equipped for a full and comfortable stay — all basic spices, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, plenty of dishes, pans, and cutlery. The only small thing missing was a cloth dish towel, but that was truly a minor detail. The toaster was a real lifesaver and helped us enjoy Spanish bread even the next day, when it usually isn’t very good anymore. 😁 We had plenty of towels, laundry supplies, a vacuum cleaner, and a fridge with a freezer — everything you could possibly need. We also really appreciated the generous storage space in both the bedrooms and bathrooms. If I had to mention a few minor suggestions, a rug near the sofa would make the apartment feel cozier, and some artwork in the bedrooms could make the white rooms feel warmer and more inviting. The sofa’s fabric cover also looks a bit unusual — I assume it’s for protection against stains, but it’s not the most attractive visually. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay, and we would happily return. Thank you.
