Disliked: Extremely disappointing experience — completely ruined my holiday. I arrived on the agreed check-in day expecting to access the Airbnb, but I was refused entry over what I consider to be a completely unreasonable and ridiculous issue. Despite travelling there and being ready to check in, I was left without accommodation and had nowhere to stay. I ended up spending the entire day of my holiday homeless, stressed and trying to find somewhere else to stay at short notice. This was incredibly upsetting and completely unacceptable, especially when you have travelled and made plans based on having confirmed accommodation. The host showed very little understanding of the situation and did not provide a reasonable solution. A holiday should not start with being left with nowhere to sleep. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking this property. My experience was extremely stressful, disappointing and completely ruined the first day of my holiday. I would never book this place again.
Lovely boutique hotel in old town
Liked: Very pretty hotel in good location. Room was clean and bathroom was good size. I also liked the roof terrace.
