Very good
Liked: Location
Disliked: Bathroom toilet seat broken, not sufficient toilet paper on site and not sufficient shampoo and conditioner also.
Ver dated apartment in need of maintenance and updating
Liked: The location was perfect.
Disliked: One balcony could not be used because of pigeon droppings, I don’t think it had been cleaned for a long time. The main entrance door mechanism failed so we had to call for help to get in. No hair drier, we asked for one and it was delivered later that day. Collecting the keys from nearly one kilometre away ids not good Only two cups. The shower door has a large gap and we had to mop up after every shower.
Liked: the location was perfect for us and the apartment had everything we needed to make a wonderful holiday
Liked: We were booked into a 4 star hotel, but very unhappy with the service. We managed a last minute booking of the apartment and were very pleased with the facilities and location.
Disliked: We did encounter a number of cockroaches and did not use the shower due to its poor codition but that aside we were happy with the apartment. Thank you
Most enjoyable
Liked: The property has a central location for all services with a high standard of cleanliness. Prompt attention when needed, we needed a kettle as the one in the apartment wasn’t working so it was delivered on the day of request. Emma was very helpful in the office at check in and Olga kept me updated on the days before arrival. The standard of English they had was good for transacting business.
Disliked: We liked the property. Perhaps some small items like washing up liquid, hand soap and washing machine tablets at hand would be nice to get started.
very noisy from the bar underneath the apartment, we got a flight back two days early because of it
