  Liked: The location of the apartment is very convenient — literally one minute from the sea. A great terrace with a dining table where you can have breakfast and enjoy the sound and view of the sea. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Everything is fairly new and of good quality. We had a great time. The administrators were always available — when we had an issue and the apartment door slammed shut with the keys inside, they reacted very quickly to our request, called a technician, and got the door open. So nothing but positive feedback about the management of this apartment. Overall, we had a really good time. There were really just a couple of things that slightly bothered us.

  Disliked: The only downside is that one of the rooms and a bedroom have no air conditioning, and of course, it gets quite hot. During the hot season, that's not ideal. There are floor fans, but they don't really help. And as in previous rewievs — there is still a musty smell from the drains that appears periodically, both in the bathroom and from the washing machine. That's just how it is, and I don't know if anything can be done about it or if it's a building issue, but it's there — not constant, but it appears from time to time.

  Liked: Splendid view, great location (3-4 km from the city centre) and that’s an enormous pro for our family as it was quite and peaceful. Well-equipped apartment with all necessary kitchen utensils and appliances.

  Disliked: The only thing was the noise from the neighbours’s apartment as there was a renovation at that time. But the host managed to deal with that issue and we had time to enjoy the stay
