Very good
Good value for money
Liked: The staff were really nice and helped us from the beginning
Disliked: The breakfast was poor in options, maybe more healthy food next time
Worth more than two stars
Liked: Nice family run place, large room, comfortable bed, fridge in room, good water pressure, good WiFi, AirCon and lots of storage space in the bathroom and bedroom. Good breakfast selection of cereal, toast, rolls, different cakes & pastries, fruit, juice, water and yoghurt. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood and not far from the main promenade.
Disliked: Parking is not very easy in the streets but we found a large free car park opposite the large Aldi about a 10-15 minute walk away. This may not be around for the long term however as the town is expanding and it may well become a site for new flats in the next year or two. Some music in the breakfast room would be nice and it needs a bit of modernisation in there to liven it up a bit and make it a nice area to spend time in. The roof terrace is all laid out with sun-loungers etc but it looks underused. Not sure if this is practical but it would be amazing to move the breakfast room to the top floor so you could utilise that rooftop space much more and make it a major selling point for the hotel.

Disliked: To be honest - very happy for the price we paid. Wish it had a parking option / deal. Found a free space on street and decided not to use car as we probably wouldn’t find another. But if you don’t have a car, no problem
Excellent value for money
Liked: Great location. Size of room was very good. Lovely roof terrace for the afternoon sun. Very clean, traditional, family run hotel.
Disliked: A bit dated. Only a small sachet of shower gel/ shampoo. Not really practical. Breakfast was basic but OK
