Liked: Great location nice comfortable hotel, thus was our 3rd visit so that is a recommendation in itself
Disliked: No coffee making facilities in room
Very comfortable hotel in a great location
Liked: The location is great - one block to the sea front and near to many shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable- comfy bed, powerful shower, black out curtains, quiet. Breakfast was very varied and served in a very pleasant dining room. Staff were all very helpful and lovely.
Disliked: Really could do with more than one person on reception for many check ins. She was run off her feet and the wait time was rather long. I wonder if you can separate non smoking from smoking guests more on room allocation? I had smokers on their balconies on each side of me which often meant I couldn't stand to sit on my balcony.

Liked: The Monica Hotel is in a fabulous location for everything. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The pool area is lovely, breakfast was tasty and varied.

Liked: Central, close to all amenities within walking distance. 5 min stroll to beach. Nice comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Some issues with water going off ( it was the whole area) - happened twice during our 1 week stay. When ordering a drink at bar or in restuarant, had to add on to room amd pay at reception, would rather have paid as we went - a small grumble!
