Good
Liked: It was remarkable, my first unstaffed hotel, everything was done through links, simply amazing
Disliked: Being stopped and asked to pay the city tax in departure as if I am a criminal, when I was required to pay it in order to receive the room code
Looked nice from the outside but definitely won't use again
Liked: The hotel looks nice from the outside
Disliked: The rooms were very small. The bed was not much bigger than a single and i had about a foot of space from the bed to the wall so kept banging my head at night. Only provided a sheet for the bed so was cold every night. When I used the virtual reception they told me where to get a second sheet, which is mental. The hotel is soulless because the reception is virtual. The key failed on numerous occasions and i didn't have a cleaner once, even though I stayed 6 nights. Could have paid €10 to have it cleaned tho but I paid over €500 for my trip so why should I pay.
Liked: Location is okay but not cleaning iwas wait until 3 pm but still not clean my room and after I do by my self I clean tolite set my bed sheets by self.
Disliked: I'm Bath room hair dryer not work at all and bathroom roof also bit damaged staff not clean room.
Liked: Easy to check in
Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable, lower quality
Disliked: Ac wasn’t working and thy had placed a pedestal fan instead. Why to list ur rooms as air conditioned
Liked: Great location, great staff. The beach is only about 5 mins walk. Its also well served with transport links including buses and trains to and from Barcelona city which was only €2.90 per person on the bus.
Disliked: They should consider opening up the garden area for people to access it more often as a chillout area. The double rooms are a great size but they should consider adding sofabeds like most double hotel rooms for families travelling with children to use them as spare beds. Other than that, it was a great location to stay. I would definitely book this place again.
