Disliked: No much restaurants around. Or if you need a shop it’s so far away. Facilities are so outdated, apartment require refurbishment.

Liked: Clean appartments with everything you need for one week stay. Close to the beach.
Disliked: If you are traveling without car should note that shops and supermarkets are quite far from the apartments.

The property has a good location, but the prices are hight due to the disadvantages
Liked: The location is good. It's really close to the beach - 3 min walk to the beach with a restaurant nearby, as well as to the bus station. 5 min walk to the gaz station on the main road. The big grocery stores are situated 30 min walking. The airport or Barcelona are easy to reach by the bus or car/taxi. There is an AC in the property, the hot water from the boiler, some small coffee machine (need to use a filter), TV. The house is in the closed territory. The apartment was clean.
Disliked: The apartment is good for 1 or 2 people. It was four of us and it was a challenge. We stayed for 9 nights and we have only one set of towels and bed linen, which was stained. The apartment doesn't have a washing machine. So you can't wash your things or bed linen. It was quite wet in the apartment and full of ants and mosquitos. There were no any insect repellent. Also there are no 4 forks, only 3. There was no kettle, any kettle. There was no kitchen hood. The noice from the taking off/landing airplanes, a renovation of nearest apartment and a construction didn't allow you to rest well. The host doesn't provide a key for the gate. There are parking places for the quests at the territory, but with this property you have to park your car on the street. But the street parking costs a lot (18 Euro for 5 hours). The owner answered with a delay. Some staff was broken. According to these disadvantages, I can say, that the price for this property is too hight.
