  Not suitable for families due to safety concerns, poor ventilation, and cleanliness issues

  Liked: The apartment itself had enough space for our family and the check-in process was straightforward.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The neighborhood did not feel safe for a family with children. Shortly after arriving, a person outside the building with a Nazi tattoo was shouting Nazi salutes, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. The apartment also had poor ventilation because the windows could not be opened due to the railings being covered in pigeon droppings. The children’s bedroom overlooked a dirty interior patio with a roof covered in pigeon droppings. Overall, the property did not match our expectations based on the listing, and we decided not to continue our stay.

  Disliked: When booking in Booking, this late check-out fee of 40 Euros is not understood. The hostess asked for another 52.50 Euro tourist tax....This amount of 92.50 Euro was asked for by the hostess on the day of arrival /at 22.05h/ and there was no option to pay by card, only cash. We were also denied a financial document for this money. Also, we were cheated on the taxi from the airport - I had included a free taxi from the airport with the booking on Booking.com. The hostess sent her taxi man, who scandalously we were forced to pay him 45 Euro...also in cash. And the biggest impudence was that they didn't have change to give back, and we were forced to withdraw money from an ATM and then "spoil" in the open restaurants on the street. It was a nightmare welcome. After he got his money in cash, no one called for a whole week, only we were warned by phone to check out at 10am. Although no one bothered, we were charged a 110 euro cleaning fee. Our flight was at 8 pm in the evening... We wandered around with our luggage all day, in which there was nothing human about it. There were unpleasant smells of cooked food throughout the stay. Never there again!

  Liked: The location is excellent, close to the beach and bars and restaurants.

  Disliked: The host not very polite, she asked for the 30 for late checkin even that we arrived at 19.00. The air conditioning device is efective only on powerful mode, with a lot of noise, hair dryer not working, no wireless and no tv functional. And no intencion from the host to resolve the problems during the week. No free parking in all area.

  the accommodation facilities weren’t checked before we arrived

  Liked: the location.

  Disliked: - no wifi / no internet during the stay - the boiler was down and water was pouring in the patio at 7am the first day. the staff reacted quickly but we had cold water the first day. -a grip was hanging out of the wall in the room. - bunk beds unstable - mattresses not really comfortable - and a strong smell of cannabis in the patio.
