  Great flat, in a great location with comfortable beds

  Liked: The flat was very clean, the decor was fun and the beds were comfortable. It's very close to the beach and surrounded by restuarants/cafes. There is a small shop around the corner but it is very expensive and a bakery over the road. It's a 10min walk to Sorli supermarket which is bigger and better priced. The roof terrace is great too with views of the sea and castle. It's a 20 min train ride to Barcelona, from Platja de Castelldefels station, which is a 15-20 min walk along the beach front.

  Disliked: The smell of sewerage in the hallway and in the bathroom. There is no information in the apartment on time of check-out or the requirement to pay tourist tax - it would be good to have this info on arrival.

  Nice apartment on the center of the beach

  Liked: Very nice apartment on the central of Castelldefels Beach. We had everything. Bed was comfortable. The apartment was clean. If you hungry no problem. Just go down and you can choose from several restaurants. There is a bus also just on the street. Easy to go to Castelldefels/to train/Gava/Airport. Also good taxi transfers. The beach is apprx. one street walk. We really enjoyed the view from the living room, yes it's a busy part of the beach but it has a uniq feeling I think. In spring weather the temperature in the apartmant was absolutely fine, no need aircon or heat. Overall I recommend the apartment for everyone, but check where are you going!

  Disliked: In the bathroom was sewer smell time to time. Marc is still offseason on weekdays evenings was calm and quiet, but on the weekends was noisy but that's fine overall, we slept well. The house has a really narrow staircase and has cigarette smoke smells, but in the apartment no problem.

  I do not recommend it

  Liked: close to the sea

  Disliked: The apartment is not worth the price at all. The shower is very small and smells strongly of sewage. The renovation was done carelessly, with many cracks where huge cockroaches come in. We saw four during our stay. it was disgusting! The pans are scratched and the non-stick coating is damaged, so it’s not safe to use them. There are two air conditioners, but both are only in the kitchen, and they have mold inside. The bedrooms are very hot, and the fans are dusty and old. My child is allergic to mold, so this was a big problem. We couldn’t open the windows because there are no nets, and cockroaches would come in. We only got the entrance keys in the second week. One time we had to wait almost an hour outside until the neighbors came and let us in. The children’s room has no window. The bedroom window opens to a messy balcony with a view of a wall. There is a terrace, but it’s not clean. It’s full of bird droppings, so we couldn’t use it. Overall, this place is not worth that money and even became dangerous for us because of the mold.

  Lovely place for your holidays

  Liked: The apartment is very cosy, quite big ( we are a family of 5 people and the place was enough), well equipped and modern. The terrace is amazing-we had there very good bbq dinners. Katerina is a very good host, helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for our vacations!

  Good for a family with a baby

  Liked: - Location: is close to the beach. - Apartment has useful stuff for our 8-month baby (crib, baby chair).

  Disliked: - Bear in mind that if you are traveling with many heavy suitcases, the flat is on the third floor with no elevator and the stairs are quite narrow.
