Very good
Nice location and spacious but requires better management and care
Liked: The house is spacious with many bedrooms. Location is great very close to the beach.
Disliked: The check-in process was frustratingly rough. While instructions were sent, no one verified that the home was ready before our arrival. We struggled to unlock the door via the app because a main breaker switch was flipped, cutting power to parts of the house—including the refrigerator, which took hours to cool back down after we reset it. The property needs maintenance and a thorough deep clean; I found a significant amount of blonde hair in the bedroom and on the bed. Additionally, the dishwasher was completely blocked, requiring us to perform basic repairs just to get it to drain and wash properly. The kitchen is also poorly equipped, with only two functional knives. Furthermore, don't expect the pool to be heated—it was somewhat too cold to enjoy. Communication with the management agency was poor. They called us at 11:00 PM to pass along a noise complaint that actually originated from the street. Later, they messaged us threatening extra fees for a late checkout, even though we had departed 10 minutes prior and personally told the cleaner she could enter. Overall, this property needs better management and care.
Good stay and service was ok and responsive when we requested something but questionable value for money
Liked: The Pool and nearby beach and restaurants. Bathrooms rebuilt
Disliked: Matresses and pilles Can be improved. Several áreas of maintenance needed and building neightbours.
Love the location, the pool and the house. It would be a 6 stars if it was fully renovated
Liked: We really like the location, the pool, the bbq, the bathroom and the bedroom. Check in and check out were very easy. Bathroom were recently renovated and bed comfortable. The owner was responsive, and provided crib and high chair for baby. The location is great, very close to the beach, the supermarket and the airport.
Disliked: Overall, other than the bedroom and the bathroom, I am a bit disappointed about the state of the house and the furniture. The property need some maintenance in the main room and outside, the furniture needs some renovation.
Liked: The villa is amazingly big, has big kitchen and parking (outside parking is paid). Good heating 👍 15mins from the airport, 5mins by walk from the beach
Disliked: Some parts are a bit outdated, but just a bit ☺️
A very pleasant stay in a lovely house
Liked: Comfortable for a group of 8, good location, good communication. The pool was great
Disliked: There were no mirrors in the bedrooms There was only 7 dinner plates for 8 of us. There weren’t enough wine glasses
Well appointed comfortable whole house with lovely pool (v close to main road & flightpath)
Liked: Pool area, plush bathrooms, proximity to airport & ease of getting into Barcelona, secure
Disliked: Situated under flightpath, noisy main road right next door, tired decor in kitchen, no water, milk, tea or coffee left, mosquitos especially in green areas, noisy downstairs bedroom
