Very good
Liked: Great location, very close to the sea, with a spacious balcony. The owners were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay.
Dirty, smelly, dilapidated, fake photos
Liked: The property is fairly close to the beach and the airport. AC works but smells. Nice view from the balcony.
Disliked: The apartment was not cleaned before our late arrival. All the floors were dirty. All the drawers and cupboards were full of dust and other remains. The flat smells of fungus from the get go and the mold is spreading through the floors, walls and the ceiling. AC also smells foul. The sofas in the living room are dirty, smelly and full of cigarette burns. They look like they were found in the street, although I've seen better ones in the trash. The walls are very dirty and haven't been painted for decades. The refurbishing of the property is loooong overdue and must be done ASAP. The TV barely hangs on the wall and will surely fall on somebody's head shortly. All the bathroom is full of mold, the caulking looks like somebody threw up and smeared it all over the place. Grout is old and dirty, and has never been cleaned. Shower and rainfall heads also have never been cleaned and are full of dirt and scale. Of course the grips also don't work so you have to hold it in your hand all the time. All wooden furnishings are rotten and need to be disposed of. All steel fixtures are rusting away. The chairs on the balcony are rusty and dirty. Also rusty - washing machine. Building was constructed in the 1960s, looks more like a slum. No elevator. The neighbourhood is ok but the nearest grocery is over 2km. Also a lot of planes landing right over the building so don't expect good sleep. The photos are fake.

Liked: Location is excellent. Little confusion with the bedding but host was responsive. Definitley great value for the money. Would recommend.

Perfect place to relax near Barcelona
Liked: Great location with easy access to the centre of Barcelona, while still being in a quiet and charming area very close to the beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
Liked: Location was great with just 2 minutes walk to the beach
Disliked: Car park is very confined, it took 5 manoeuvres to park the car and even more to entry/exit the property via tight gate. The facility is very basic, not to great standards. It looks much better of photos than in real. The beach view is a tiny bit in between trees, cannot really call it a beach view at all.
