amazing location, lovely helpful staff absolutely perfect

Liked: Pretty close to the beach, very quite area, so a car/taxi is a must when going out. Pretty close to the airport, when that is relevant (10 min drive). Staff is really helpful, they checked me in earlier than officially expected, so that was a nice bonus. Room is well equipped, nice cosy stylish little stuff that give good experience.
Disliked: The restaurant is pretty small and needs booking in advance for dinner, since I did not have enough time in advance, I could not get a dinner. But when booked in advance - I assume it is all fine.

Disliked: Warning: scammers! The hotel charged my card after I had already checked out and left the property. No explanation was provided, and they have completely ignored my messages asking why the charge was made. Be very careful when staying here and monitor your card transactions closely. Charging guests after checkout without explanation and then refusing to respond is unacceptable. I would not stay here again.
Liked: Room was excellent, bed very comfortable, although the toilet seat was broken and the mirrored sliding wardrobe door had a large crack in it.
Wonderful hotel, can't wait to stay again
Liked: Room was very nice and loved the pool and beach club. All the common areas were wonderful. Shuttle into town was great.
Disliked: The toilet in the room stopped working on the night we arrived. We didn't wan to cause any fuss and reported the issue first thing ion the morning, We reported this to reception and one of the cleaning staff had a look at this and then reported issue to housekeeping/maintenance. The toilet was not fixed. We were staying at your hotel as part of a recovery holiday following major gastrointestinal surgery that means I have to use the toilet often and at short notice. This was very inconvenient to say the least.
Great location for a padel stay
