  Liked: Wery good appartament, liked it to use the room as home to cook and rest for a week.

  Disliked: Nothing. A little far away from markets. For the room nothing.

  Liked: The location was very good, near the beach and near the city 🚌 stop.

  Disliked: No one told me befor the payment,that the reception doesn't work after 20:30, and have to go to other hotel to take the keys, it was cold in the apparent (no instructions about the climatronic panel, 2 blankets ), bad smell all the time, no coffee machine, no toaster, no simple cleaning tools. Not good impression.

  Good to stay but the phone app key entry must work (or was it just us?)

  Liked: Quiet area for street traffic.

  Disliked: The phone key app did not work at 3am in the morning. We were camped under the stairs until at 3.30am a kind woman assisted us by ringing the 24hr support office who came to give us a plastic card and we had entry. The kind woman also had some negative comments about the phone app entry method. We could not return for another stay unless we knew the phone app would work.

  Liked: A brilliant location just outside Barcelona and right by the sea. The flats themselves are in a great spot, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea. Comfortable beds, a kitchen and kitchenware for cooking. The flats have a balcony, which is lovely for spending time drinking coffee, reading a book or simply enjoying the scenery and the fresh air. There’s a swimming pool on the premises. Good value for money; I’d recommend it and would definitely stay there again myself. There was a slight delay in providing information about key collection, but it was very convenient to download the app and receive the unlock code and flat number on the phone.

  Disliked: There might be at least a few basic items in the kitchen – salt, sugar, coffee and so on. If you have a late flight, bear in mind that the apartments will be completely empty.

  Confusing management, but overall clean and quite

  Liked: Exceptionally quite residential area, clean pool, close to the beach, quite and potent AC.

  Disliked: I arrived at the apartment I had booked late at night with my digital key already activated, only to discover that the apartment number did not exist. After calling the reception at Hotel Donna, I was informed for the first time that my reservation had been moved to a completely different apartment complex approximately 20 minutes away on foot. I had received no prior notification of this change. When I arrived at the new location, the digital key still did not work, forcing me to walk to the reception at yet another building before finally obtaining access. From my initial arrival at the booked address, to walking to the new building, then to reception, and finally back to the apartment, the entire ordeal took approximately 90 minutes, well after midnight. To make matters worse, the receptionist informed me that the apartment I had originally booked was not available. This confirms that my reservation was changed without my knowledge or consent. The new unit assigned had quite a bit of sand on the floor when I entered. Thankfully I did get an apartment in the building booked. However the lack of communication, the unnecessary walking with luggage late at night, the non-functioning digital key, and the significant delay in accessing accommodation caused considerable inconvenience and stress. This experience falls well below the standard I expected when making a reservation.
