  Superb

  Liked: We stayed here from 31 August to 7 September and thoroughly enjoyed our week. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortably furnished. Everything we needed was provided and worked perfectly. The beds were good quality and the outdoor area was a real plus for relaxing in the evenings. Location is ideal — a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants, cafés and local shops. It’s also convenient for getting into Barcelona when you want a day out, while still feeling peaceful and residential. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. We found the apartment to be very good value and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for a relaxed beach holiday in Gavà Mar.

  We would use this location again. It's just a super ideal location

  Liked: The location is perfect. Super close to the beach. There are quite a few restaurants nearby too. Castelldefels is super close and has nice areas, more restaurants, and great shopping. Bus stop is nearby too if you want to ride metro. Parking was very important if you have a car, because being so close to the beach there is nowhere to park during the day.Very comfortable, spacious, 1000 recommend and the host is very good communicating the stay or anything you need.

  Amazing place!!

  Liked: We love everything about this apartment. It was a great location, comfortable, spacious, the host was very attentive, he even left us a welcome pack which was very generous. I recommend this place 100%

  Beautiful & quiet, 💯 recommendation

  Liked: The property and its surrounding amenities (garden, pool, and tennis courts) are spacious, well-maintained, and peaceful. The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight is the generous terrace, which truly makes the place stand out. The beach is practically on the doorstep, the bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away, with direct connections to Barcelona city center.

  Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment, we had everything we needed and our helpful host Juan was always just a me

  Liked: Fantastic apartment, ideal for our family of six. We were inter railing from England through France and into Spain and this was our perfect weeks rest. There is a direct bus from Barcelona to the street that the apartment is on and it was fine not to have a car for the duration of our stay. Master bedroom had a lovely ensuite and two other bedrooms and main bathroom were ideal. Balconies wrapping around the apartment were delightful and the gardens and trees were beautiful and constantly maintained by a very friendly Gardner. The kitchen had everything that we needed, oven and hob and a dishwasher. We enjoyed using the barbecue for some delicious meals too. It was fantastic to have the swimming pool and the beach is literally across the road and was never particularly busy. The tennis courts was always available which we also enjoyed using and the apartment had rackets and balls for our use. Fantastic to have the Washing machine in the apartment and plenty of drying space in the inside/outside laundry room with clothes pegs too. A really peaceful location which we all very much enjoyed. We also enjoyed evening walks down towards Castelldefels, where there are lots of choice of restaurants if you wanted to eat out. There are e-bikes very nearby, you have to have individual accounts to take one so couldn’t use them with the 4 children but my husband took one to do a bigger shop for food at the far more reasonably priced supermarket in Castelldefels (Alternatively we could have taken the bus). There is a supermarket an 8min walk from the apartment which had most things that you could want but quite expensive if you are trying to buy to make a full meal. We bought our daily baguettes🥖 and milk there though and it was safe for our young teenagers to walk there alone too.

  Disliked: It is quite expensive for a week but that seems to be due to the area and the apartments amenities and peaceful location.

  Better chosen for a summer stay

  Liked: The territory where the house is located is very nice and well maintained. We really appreciated having a tennis court on the property. The apartment is very close to the sea, which was a big plus. Although it’s quite far from a shop, it’s conveniently close to the main street and within walking distance of a couple of good restaurants. The wardrobes were spacious, and there was enough storage space for our belongings. We also really liked the towels — they were of good quality and a pleasant touch.

  Disliked: The kitchen was in very poor condition and felt completely unprepared for guests. The cutlery and kitchenware looked old and worn, as if left over from many years ago — a tiny cutting board, chipped cups, and only one knife, which wasn’t sharp enough to use comfortably. The kitchen was extremely cold, making it impossible to eat there, likely because the apartment is designed more for summer stays. Unfortunately, the overall cold temperature in the apartment affected our stay, and the kids even got sick. Another issue was the lack of space to hang or store winter coats. Since it was winter, we had to keep our coats on the sofa, which made the living room difficult to use as a proper common area.
