Pleasant
Good price but questionable shower draining
Liked: Easy access. Good beds.
Disliked: The shower didn’t drain good. And then the sink would clog up and come up the shower.

Liked: La ubicación era muy buena y la ropa de cama estaba limpia y cómoda.
Disliked: El precio fue exorbitante para lo que vivimos. La habitación era bastante austera y no estaba muy limpia, aunque la ropa de cama sí lo estaba. Se había intentado renovar el baño, pero el plato de ducha estaba muy sucio y lo habían pintado de negro para disimularlo; además, el desagüe no tragaba bien. Aquí hay una foto. La ubicación era excelente, pero no volveré a alojarme allí de camino al ferry de Bilbao.
Liked: Price mainly, when I arrived in the city and went for the tiny local albergue, the staff was putting up a "completo" sign, this place for 40 for the night was then the choice. Staff seemed active as I saw some french pilgrims talking to them on the phone trying to figure out the access, which is done through whatsapp. Also the lady from the restaurant next door was also helpful. These probably get tons of visitors per season due to the camino stuff so they're a bit run down looking, mainly the bathroom. Was fine for a night.
Disliked: Bathroom was stinky, some pipe leaking stink air likely or something and it kinda looked stinky as well.

Really enjoyed my time here, good chance to explore Castro from a comfortable base
