  Superb

  Liked: The quality of the building and fitting out of the room is superb. Supremely comfortable and quiet. Every single staff member was polite and friendly. The pool is great, the beach is amazing, lovely sand for miles. If you don’t want to eat in the hotel there are restaurants in the shopping centre opposite.

  Disliked: The first night we were there, and the following morning, the restaurant was busy. The food is excellent but I think the layout could be better. People looking for the thing they needed, all crisscrossing as they searched. Eg the butter wasn’t by the bread, the breakfast cereals were well apart from the milk etc. Then back at your table, no spoon, so you have to go back to find that, which is in a different place again. It’s better when everyone had been there a day and know where everything is, and it’s not really a complaint. Just felt a bit out of sync with such a superb hotel.
