  Good but should be better

Liked: Underground parking was easy. Pleasant flat walk into the centre of town. Very nice, clean and spacious room. We would stay again as it was good value but it could easily be so much better. The cafeteria area is horrible and there is no bar as such so nowhere nice to sit in the evening. The dining and breakfast area is soulless and not well lit. The breakfast buffet reminded me of a terrible, old fashioned self service restaurant. It had some decent foods on offer but lacked the staff to maintain it so items were often missing. One very slow coffee machine caused queues. The receptionist however was delightful and very helpful.

Restaurant really good, swimming pool too cold

Liked: The food and the service in the restaurant was really good. The room was showing signs of incomplete maintenance. The swimming pool was too cold for us, and we did not feel like the area aroung the pool was pleasant. We felt that the first spa receptionist we interacted with was rude and not very helpful to spa newbies.
