Good
Liked: Very clean room, kind staff. Nothing to complain.
Disliked: Near the station but far from the center. No breakfast.
Liked: Affordable, good money/quality.
Disliked: Old facilities, bad smell, noise from other rooms. Bad food at their restaurant.
Liked: Great location near the main town. The hotel is as expected experience. Overall was clean and helpful. The restaurant area is separate to the hotel that the locals use daily after work as it’s very reasonably priced. Good, Thanks.
Very friendly staff on reception, but very tired hotel. Only used it as base to visit family
Liked: I didn't have breakfast at the cafe next door so can't comment, The staff on reception were very friendly and the room and the bathroom were cleaned daily. The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. There was air conditioning in the room. It's about a 20 minute walk into the centre of Ciudad Real and the railway station.
Disliked: The decor in my room was very tired and dated, and the toilet roll was very cheap quality. Could do with some new coat hangers at the very least they don't cost very much to replace. No hairdryer or kettle. The hotel was on a main road not far from the University but the traffic didn't disturb me, as I'm a heavy sleeper. There was dust on the bed headboard and the inside of the wardrobes smelt musty..
Clean and comfortable night
Liked: Very helpful receptionist. Room was clean and comfortable. A peaceful night. The location was at the edge of the city, easy access from major roads. It is a few minutes walk into the city. Private parking.
Good place to stay, for work or as a hop in a trip
Liked: Honest place, friendly staff, good enough location, parking.
