Generally good, for those without great necessities
Liked: The apartment is located in a very peaceful area of Ciudad Real, close to the local university and there is a nice park nearby. It is equipped with dishes, cutlery, pans and a washing machine. There is not a bed, but a sofa that can become a bed. The bath is comfortable and the shower works well.
Disliked: If you travel for an institution, which requires a valid invoice as confirmation of your stay, be prepared. The host can provide you with just a handwritten receipt, not an online invoice (she thought that a photo of such receipt could supply...), nor a tax code (código fiscal, NIF, or DNI).
