  Liked: The accommodation itself was okay, but the service and communication were absolutely terrible. We received no check-in instructions or even the address of the property. We had to contact the host several times just to get the address, which was finally sent only 30 minutes before check-in. We then had to search for the host to get the keys. There were only two blankets for four people, and the pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it almost impossible to sleep. When we asked for different pillows, the host told us we would have to pay extra. Overall, the accommodation itself was fine, but the lack of communication, poor organization, and unwillingness to help made the experience very disappointing. Definitely not the level of service you would expect from a Booking.com property.

  The property gave us what we needed - a place to stay that was comfortable, had the basic equipment we needed & was

  Liked: The location of the property was exactly what we were after. Near to supermarkets and one or two bars, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip. We enjoyed the 20-30 min walk each evening for dinner. An added bonus whilst we were there; it was Carnival week, so there was lots of activity and atmosphere on the Friday and Saturday night, ending with fireworks!

  Disliked: The property is in need of a little lift i.e updating and repair, but for the price we paid you can’t really complain 👍🏻

  Beautiful and peaceful setting

  Liked: Apartment set in beautiful grounds with balcony overlooking the pool. Lovely and quiet. Two very good sized swimming pools with plenty of loungers. Restaurants and shops nearby. 30 minute walk into centre with lots more restaurants and shops. Beautiful beach nearby and great location to explore the north of the island. Ferry port close for a trip to some other Islands. Lobos is a 20 minute boat ride away and definitely worth exploring

  Disliked: No hand soap, tea towels, chopping board or pegs provided. Curtains in bedroom extremely thin so woken up by sun rising in morning. No spare bin bags available.
