Liked: This hotel is next to the tourist information centre and on the waterfront - very central. Jolly atmosphere. Crowds till late at night. And music from bandstand in nearby square with restaurants. Beautiful view onto town beach. Room clean. Bed OK. Powerful air conditioning. Enough storage space. Minibar cleared out on request, giving us a very welcome fridge. Chambermaids kept the room clean. Kettle - very useful. Better to get a taxi to and from airport. Should cost 60 euros to pick up and collect from taxi rank by Hotel Avanti. Do not get a coach transfer from the airport - however cheap - because it will drop you at the other end of Main Street - too far to walk with cases.
