  it was OK. Good for short stay (1 week). not recommended for long stay (over 2 weeks)

  Liked: the location was OK if you have a car. the house was nice (the photos are correct). there is sufficient space for 4 people. the kitchen is equipped with essential items- pots, microwave, plates, cup etc.. 2 modern TVs to relax with your preferred series (if you connect your Netflix etc. account) small garden is lovely.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the fridge does not have a freezer (so no ice-cream, no ice cubes, no freezing of colling elements for our picknick bag)- our biggest disappointment. There are humidity issues in the smallest bedroom, so we had humidity smell in the room and in the wardrobe. there is no air-conditioning, nor ventilator (some nights it was difficult to sleep even with all windows open). Moskito net is only in main bedroom (thus you are not protected from the insects crawling in). Some of kitchen items were overused (pans scratched and cutting knife not sharp, no knife sharpener available). The communication with owner was not effective (no upfront information about organization of cleaning (it is not included), garbage or bed lining change, toilet paper or garbage bags, only after asking questions we received some information) we stayed 3 weeks, and we got changed bed sheets and towels at the end of 2nd week also refill of toilet paper and additional garbage bags. we didnot like Costa Calma so we mostly vent to Morro Jable for dinner and Playa de Butihondo.

  Good value comfort

  Liked: Quiet location, but easy to get into town (we had a car). The kitchen was fairly well equipped.with a huge fridge, the living area was a good size with a comfortable sofa and large screen TV. We could log into our own Netflix account to watch what we wanted. Small courtyard garden that was private. The sun is in the garden for most of the day which makes it nice to sit out for breakfast, but in the shade by 5:30pm, so it's a bit chilly in the evening (April). Others have mentioned the bed being uncomfortable. I think they have added a mattress topper since that made it OK, but it's still not great. Parking space is a bit tight for anything other than a small car, but there is plenty of space in the street if you're not comfortable parking in tight places.

  Disliked: Bed could be better, more than 1 tea towel would be helpful No window or extractor fan in the bathroom
