  Overall, I was satisfied

  Liked: The hotel was located in a more secluded part of Costa Calma. There were no issues with parking. The housekeeping team did a great job; towels were changed daily. Breakfast was excellent—exceeding my expectations—but lunch and dinner were disappointing. It wasn't a matter of the selection, but rather the quality of the meat, which was gristly and undercooked. At least the salads were excellent.

  Disliked: What I didn't like was the issue with the sun loungers. In the morning, some guests would throw their towels onto the loungers but wouldn't be at the pool all day. I couldn't find a spot by the pool the entire week. It would be great if they hired someone to keep this under control.

  Liked: The pool area and room was nice

  Disliked: No fridge in rooms. Kettle with tea coffee sugar but no milk supplied. Food in restaurant was stone cold. Lift by restaurant not working. All drinks out of a machine pre mixed as in vodka and coke gin and tonic was vile. Cocktails were out of machine you may as well eat a bag of sugar. Would not let you check in till 4pm. There are no toilets in restaurant. Entertainment was awful.

  Liked: It was wonderful, we had a great time! The food was delicious, the drinks were great, it's a great experience.

Room rates on 25 and 31 December include a gala dinner. Extra guests will be charged separately.

The all-inclusive rate includes buffet breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. Soft drinks, beer, wine and some local spirits from are free from 11:00 until 23:00 only.

A deposit may be required at the property.
