  Overall good

Liked: Location was quiet, the apartment is big enough for a family of 4 for a 5 nights stay. Kitchen is well equipped, with lots of pans and pots and the appliances you need to cook. There is no dishwasher, but it was stated so no surprises there.

Disliked: The host is not responsive, it takes a few days to get a reply and to one message I sent upon arrival he never replied. Not the host's fault, but the bathroom smells of sewage (and the neighbourhood as well, depending on the wind). The apartment is very noisy, you can hear everything from the people living upstairs, even though they were quiet neighbours (residents with kids, so getting up early in the morning).

Mixed experience: good property but very stressful communication at first

Liked: The property itself is fine and usable. In the end, after escalation, the main technical issues were resolved: the bathroom sink was cleared, and a brand-new washing machine was delivered. Also, to smooth over the situation and make up for the bad experience, the manager kindly allowed us a complimentary 3-hour late check-out on our final day. We appreciate this final gesture.

Disliked: The property was not fully prepared for guests upon arrival. The check-in instructions were not clear enough, making it difficult to find the right door among many identical ones, and the Wi-Fi details on the official information sheet were outdated. Furthermore, the bathroom sink was completely clogged and the washing machine did not start. What disappointed us most initially was the communication: when we reported these problems, the manager’s response was highly unprofessional—we were literally told to leave the property if we were unhappy, instead of receiving help. Getting things done here might require some firm pressure on the host.

  Excellent place to stay

Liked: The location is great, peaceful, yet close to everything we needed. The apartment was cozy, clean, and well equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. The host was extremely kind and helpful, always available and willing to assist us with anything we asked. We really appreciated his hospitality and attention to detail. We truly felt at home and would gladly come back. Highly recommended!

  Exceptional

Liked: Amazing place!! This apartment has nice garden with sun loungers. The kitchen was fully equipped. Washing machine with dryer, hair dryer, iron - everything you need. Separately, I would like to note that the apartments were very clean! Shops, restaurants, beach are close. The host was very friendly and ready to help with everything. Thank you so much for the welcome gift!
