Tired hotel in a great beach location

Liked: Pros: beach location, quiet, good breakfast selection, friendly staff

Disliked: Some areas are dated and tired. Tea bags in the room are £1 each! Breakfast staff were super friendly but very overworked / hire more people!

Perfect location for a great solo trip

Liked: Location was fantastic. Scenery and facilities were everything I had hoped for. Staff were fantastic and the bar staff went out of their way for you every time. Absolutely loved my stay there.

Disliked: Nothing - all was good.

  Exceptional service, considerable charm

Liked: Exceptionally helpful staff who sorted out minor problems instantly and with a smile. Excellent choice of food at breakfast buffet. Nice location on shore.

Disliked: Can't think of anything! Oh yes - hated leaving!

Liked: The area was good and staff were friendly.

Disliked: The room smelled awful, liked a blocked drain, it was so bad I checked out after 2 days. They also charged per tea bag in the room. The fridge didn't work. Room very outdated, bugs including ants were there. Bed very uncomfortable with itchy blanket. The air conditioning overhead was more like a cool vent that could only reach one area below so the rest of the room was warm.

After booking, I didn’t actually get the privilege to stay

Liked: Unfortunately after arriving at this hotel I was moved to a different hotel

Disliked: I booked this hotel and was looking forward to staying, but after I arrived at the hotel to check in I was told that they would be moving me to a different hotel. They informed me that the hotel was full and couldn’t accommodate me. They gave me no prior notice. I wanted adults only and they then moved me to a hotel with children which as a solo traveler made me uncomfortable.
