  Liked: Nice apartment, beautiful seaview, comfortable beds.

  Disliked: The sound insulation is very poor, and we could constantly hear the family in the apartment above us, whether it was early in the morning or late at night. This made it difficult to properly rest during our stay. Overall, the apartment felt quite mediocre and did not meet expectations. Given that it’s located in a windy area of Fuerteventura, it gets noticeably cold inside, yet there is no heating available, which made the stay less comfortable than it should have been. Considering these issues, I would not recommend this property.

  Liked: Perfect ocean and sunrise view! A little bit outside the town, but close to the beach. The apartment was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

  Disliked: A big frying pan is needed.

  A quite place and a great view in between Sotavento and Costa Calma

  Liked: Usually going to the hotel nearby (in renovation presently), we decided to rent a flat in that location because very close to Sotavento spot and Esmeralda beach. You can reach both by car (2 min) or walking (10 min). We also chose the location as being very quiet but just 5 minutes from Costa Calma. The flat was very clean, very well equipped and the view on the spot was, as expected, astonishing. All went as agreed with host. It is now 15 years we are coming there for Easter holidays but the first time renting an apartment. Will for sure make the same choice next year.
