  Good Value

  Liked: Great apartment for 1 or 2 adults. Lovely big balcony that gets the sun from 12 until around 6:30. Communication with the owner was prompt. Nice and clean. Apartment was really quiet with access to a nice pool area. 5 mins walk to supermarket, cafes, bars and restaurants. 15 min walk into Costa Teguise central. The closest beach is Playa Bastian 5 or 6 mins walk. I would recommend and I would return here in the future.

  Disliked: Not much to report, Maybe the sink/cooking area id a bit small.

  Relaxing, comfortable

  Liked: The location was good. Quiet but had some shops, bars and restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk. We felt very safe and at home. The bed in the accommodation was very comfortable and there was everything we needed in the rooms. There was a small problem with the shower when we arrived but the owner sorted it within an hour. It was easy to contact him and he was quick to respond. The pool area was clean and the pool was very refreshing. We had a very enjoyable stay.

  Disliked: Maybe a fresh bottle of water in the fridge.
