  We loved it and hope to return!

  Liked: The location was perfect for us, being at the quieter end of the resort but still within easy reach of everything. The apartment was spotlessly clean and perfect for 2 people. Roman was so accommodating and communication was excellent

  Made a home of the apartment for our 4 weeks stay

  Liked: The apartment was perfectly positioned for access, once you acquire the keys. There is a pedestrian gate in the fence opposite apartment. Short walk from patio to pool and bar. Easy access to local bars and supermarkets.

  Disliked: A full length dressing mirror would be very handy for the ladies. The walk to The Square and surrounding areas could be a little tedious for some.

  Liked: I stayed for a month and could have easily stayed for another.It is a lovely, bright, and well equipped apartment with everything required for any length of stay. The gated complex has a very safe and secure feel to it with two good pool areas and a well stocked bar serving snacks and tapas. The complex is situated at the quieter end of town with Las Cucharas beach and shopping area, just a 10 minute stroll away, and the Pueblo Marinero, the centre of Costa Teguise a further 10 minutes. Finally Román and his wife were excellent hosts, very welcoming, and always just a phone call away if required, which only added to a wonderful stay.
