  An enjoyable stay overall, but the property needs more maintenance and refurbishment to meet the standard we expected

  Liked: The house itself is spacious and has a nice outdoor area. The swimming pool was good and we enjoyed using it during our stay. The kitchen was also in good condition and well equipped. The location in Costa Teguise was convenient for us.

  Disliked: The property is generally showing its age and, in several areas, could use more maintenance and refurbishment. The cleanliness was acceptable, but not at the standard we expected. The toilet seats were loose, the shower area on the first floor was quite worn and showed signs of mould, and the sofa was visibly dirty. In the outdoor area, some of the curtains were dirty or damaged. The swimming pool was fine, but also looked somewhat dated. We also saw two cockroaches inside the house during our seven-night stay. We understand that this can occur in Lanzarote, but it is still worth mentioning. Overall, we simply expected a little more in terms of cleanliness, maintenance and general upkeep.

  Definitely value for money with plenty of room and a good pool

  Liked: Good location for both privacy and not too far from the centre of town.

  Disliked: A parasol in the pool area would have been used. Would have preferred more comfortable beds though able to sleep on those that were there.

  Great villa in a good location, lovely pool and very spacious both inside and out

  Liked: The villa is really nice, lots of room and a lovely annex. The pool and surrounding area is really good and gets the sun most of the day. Really good location only 5 mins from supermarket and bars but in a quiet spot.

  Disliked: Loved the convenience of the side gate to save 5 mins going round, but no path means walking over dusty stones and rocks.

  Lovely stay would consider staying again if new sun loungers or cushions provided!

  Liked: The property was really spacious for 4 people, kitchen was new, pool area lovely

  Disliked: The sun loungers are not very comfortable and the beds were really hard, asked for more pillows which were bought to the villa!

  Liked: The space.

  Disliked: Only 1 sunlounger out of 3 as 2 were ripped and there was 4 of us.told owner,someone came to look but didn't replace them.only enough hot water for 1 shower. Not enough kitchen utensils.no remote for tv in sun room.2 single beds were really uncomfortable. Shower in downstairs bathroom was really really small.
