Did not stay there!
Disliked: Received a "Confirmed" booking message from Booking.com, followed later by a message stating it was no longer confirmed. Missed the second message, so turned up and the hotel was closed. Why Why Why to Booking.com send a confirmation before it is actually confirmed? Once confirmed, by email I am not looking for follow up messages saying you really didn't mean it. VERY poor performance of BOOKING.COM. I did not stay at the hotel so I cannot comment on it
