Very good
Very Good for its price
Liked: Beds were comfortable, a good variety of food, kids liked the pools. Nice location and excellent value for money. They even have a mini-club to leave kids for a few hours!
Disliked: Food quality is mediocre, omlette and bacon is undercooked, most of the ingridients are not fresh but reheated from previous days. To be fair - my children were so exited about ice creems, wiped cream and melted chokolate - they haven't noticed the quality of other things ))) Mosquitos around the property. "All meals included" does not include water and drinks are overpriced. Working hours of facilities change without any notice.
Great hotel, lovely staff, great sports facilities with numerous pools to choose from!
Liked: Great room, modern and easy to get around, spacious, lovely bathroom facilities, the balcony overlooked the pools and sports facilities. The room had a modern image and the beds were very large with clean comfortable bedding.
Disliked: The air conditioning didn't work as well as it should have done, making the room feel quite warm at times and due to the temperatures outside the room should have been cooler. We did like that the sinks were outside of the shower and toilet facilities however it made getting ready difficult if the partner was still sleeping as they were disturbed.

Liked: Good value
Disliked: It was clear that the hotel was old, and not well maintained. There were broken parts on the pool, and it was over crowded
Liked: It is a nice hotel with a large set of swimming pools, great for kids and family. Most of visitors were respectful of the shared spaces, which helps a lot. Staff has been friendly and helpful. Room cleaning was great, our room was clean and tidy every day. The hotel in general was also clean, and likewise the swimming pools. Entertainment team was amazing, both with the acquagym and with activities for kids.
Disliked: Folks in the bar need a bit more training, they are well-intentioned but lack some agility. Here, honorable mention to Julia, who was doing a great job herself but also in helping colleagues sort things out. Just a bit more training and they will be ready!
Liked: The food was good, the room very comfortable and clean. Lots of activities for the children's fun. Very good value for money.
Disliked: A bit too much noise during the meal caused by the clanging of plates and glasses
