Exceptional
Liked: Very big nice room, which was very clean.
Disliked: Nespresso coffee at breakfast must be a joke. Not something you expect to experience at 5* hotel. Also food choices at restaurant were limited and food was not great
Liked: We stayed last year, we liked it so we returned. We ate at the main resturant on Fruday and Saturday evening. The food was excellent. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection
Disliked: I wrote to the hotel, explaining it was our wedding anniversary. I was disappointed that no mention was made of it. It was only when we were checking out that at reception it was said, oh it was your anniversary. This made our stay less than welcoming.
Liked: Spacious room, nice staff, pleasant
Disliked: There were many people in the bar in the evening and at breakfast in the morning
One day golf trip extended to three days as we liked the hotel so much
Liked: Excellent spacious rooms. Good range of bar and dining options. Great staff.
Disliked: The Thai reataurant banquet was not as good as in prior years - but still fair value
Liked: A very pleasant hotel. It is a nice place to unwind and take it easy.
Disliked: We travelled by public transport, the hotel is in a remote location. Coming off the tram at La Xara, there was no signage for the bus stop that would take us to La Sella. Just fortunate a random taxi came along. €8 well spent.
