Very good
Liked: Very disappointing and misleading experience. I booked and paid for two rooms for four people through Booking.com, yet the hotel insisted I had only paid for two guests and demanded extra payment for breakfast and dinner. I used exactly the same booking system at their hotel in Dénia without any issues. What appears to be a booking system error was unfairly made my problem. Not acceptable.

Very nice
Liked: The workers are very polite and respectful.
Disliked: The food can be better. A ittle bit of variety will be very welcome.
Great Value for Money but be prepared to Queue for your meals
Liked: Excellent location. Staff very friendly and professional. Room was clean although a little dated. No tea and Coffee making facilities but did have a fridge and a safe. Decor could do with a bit of a refresh. Outdoor pool lovely and plenty of sunbeds.
Disliked: The queue for breakfast was horrendous due to it being an all inclusive venue. We paid for B&B but only managed to get into the restaurant once and when we did the food wasn't great! No decent wine at the bar either!

Liked: We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of options. The amenities were fantastic, and the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
