Exceptional
Great apartment with a wonderful balcony view, nice pool and beaches around
Liked: It was a very pleasant experience! The apartment is very convenient - 5 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the closest supermarket (I suggest going to Mercadona rather than Lidl). Klementina met us at the property, showed us around and explained everything, and gave us a ride to Lidl. She is very responsive and willing to help. The restaurant located in the building (La Casa De Matias) is worth a visit. The tram station is an 8-minute walk away, so you can easily get to Alicante whenever needed.
Disliked: The closest kids' playground was relatively far, but the pool at the facility makes this situation a bit easier when traveling with kids.

I would love to come back next year!
Liked: Everything was just perfect, clean and exactly as on photos. There is a grocery store and a cafe just downstairs. The beach is exactly 7 min slow walk. And the view from the balcony is just amazing!
