Exceptional
A good choice for a holiday if you’re looking for a perfect location with basic comfort
Liked: Perfect location - 6 minutes to Muchavista beach, good value for money, surrounding calamity, we stayed 11 nights, had a very good sleep, nice supermarket and area overall. There was another guest room next to our room, and some people also live in the main house.
Disliked: Ants in the kitchen, no wardrobe or washing machine for longer stays, and more proactive host communication. Frequent cleaning due to short-term guests also made the kitchen unavailable at times in the afternoon.
Outstanding, excellent!
Liked: The location is perfect. You can walk to the beach in just 7 minutes! The lady who gave us the keys was very kind and helpful, she showed us our room and the kitchen/dining area. Our room was clean, equipped with fresh towels. The wi-fi is also super strong! The kitchen in the apartment is well equipped, you can easily make any type of food if you want to. We also had the chance to meet the owners of the property, they are amazing people. They recommended various places to visit in the area. Public transportation is also great, the city centre is only 20 minutes away by tram. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend time in Alicante! We will definitely come back to this place. Thank you very much!

Excellent place. Ideal for short or long break
Liked: It is a gem of a place, very quiet and safe. Alicante city is easily accessible and it’s very easy to get around. There are lots of places to visit, eat and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. The hospitality is great and we were regularly asked if we needed any help to make our stay even more comfortable. Thank you for everything and I highly recommend!!!
It's not bad, but I wouldn't go back
Liked: The location is very good. Close enough to the beach, and with many restaurants within walking distance. The French couple who own the house on the property are very nice. I was lucky they were home upon arrival, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to enter. The bed was really comfortable as well, although quite squeaky.
Disliked: The booking manager. She seemed to have forgotten my booking twice. I never received the entry information before arrival, nor did she later reach out to do the tourist paperwork or tell me what to do with the keys upon leaving. I had to contact her myself, and then had to wait for her to pick up the keys in person. For the rest, the shower runs out of warm water quite quickly, the wifi is really unstable, and the ceiling lamps seem to have some kind of adapter light in them, which makes them illuminate everything at night, even when the lights are off.
