Exceptional
Liked: Spacious loft close to the beach.
Disliked: The bed sheets were not clean and had not been changed before our arrival. They smelled really bad, so we had to sleep in dirty sheets on our first night. The next day, we had to buy laundry detergent and wash them ourselves. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Also, the loft is quite far from the shops, about a 30-minute walk. This makes it very inconvenient to go grocery shopping every day. I also find it unacceptable that only one roll of toilet paper was provided, with no dishwashing liquid, no cleaning cloths, and no dishwasher tablets. As soon as we arrived, we had to do a big shopping trip just to buy basic essentials that should already have been provided. On top of that, these are products we cannot take home at the end of our stay, so they end up being left behind for the property owner. Overall, this was very disappointing, especially when paying for accommodation that should be clean and properly equipped from the moment guests arrive.
Modern comfortable place to stay with a family!
Liked: First of all, communication with owners. We arrived at 9 am to the airport, with little kid, lots of bags and stroller, and despite the earliest time of check in was 5 pm, Alejandra was very kind and let us in at around 2 pm without even extra charging us, we're very grateful for that! The apartment is comfortable, really good renovation, you have all you need, smart TV with Youtube connected to the internet (which is very convenient if you travel with kids), personal exit to the swimming pool area from the bedroom, two terraces, covered with awning and umbrella, all kitchen equipment. Swimming pool was clean, nearly most of the time we were alone there. The location is perfect, 5 min to the beach, beach was not crowded at this time of year. 5 min to the tram station, 30 min - and you are at the downtown of Alicante.
Disliked: There were some minor things we didn't like, and although we're very satisfied, I'll mention them. Air conditioning in the bedroom that downstairs - very weak air flow, pillows on the beds could have been softer, the stairs are steep, we had to watch our 3 year old kid until she got used to it. Ants - not so many of them, but you'd better not leave the food on the counter). And as for supermarkets - I didn't find good ones close to the place, the best you can get is Lidl (in el Campello, but you should take the tram) or Carrefour (30 min of walk)

Liked: Flat had a beautiful design and very good lighting! Terrace in the front was vey nice, we had all our meals there! Most of the times we were alone in the swimming pool. Walking distance to the tram and to the beach was very acceptable! Host was nice and answered very quickly on WhatsApp.

Liked: Convenient and quiet location close to the beach area. Appartents are clean and cozy. Parking slot is always available right next to the appartments. Communication with the host was super easy. There was a small issue with the boiler, which was resolved immediately by the host.
