Liked: The view is exceptial.
Disliked: A bit outdated.
Liked: Wonderful view of the sea. Great location. The rooms have everything you need — beach towels, beach chairs, dishes, and so on. The rooms are clean. There is a tram stop nearby, so you can easily get to both Alicante and Benidorm.

Liked: The property was spacious, great views and beside the beach and tram stop.
Disliked: The appliances were not clean in spite of it stating that the property is cleaned after each use the kettle for example had limescale and the microwave and oven were not clean. Also worth noting that it was very hard/ impossible to get somewhere to eat most places where shut at 5pm in the evening obviously that isn’t the hosts fault but in terms of location.
