Amazing
Liked: Loved the view- sunrise and sunset. The location is great, next to the seaside. Supermarket is close as well. And the tram stop to the centre is max 5 min walk distance. Very nice and responsive owner. The apartment has everything you need- towels, shampoo, hair dryer, coffee, tea, salt, sugar.
Disliked: There is no average size salad bowl- that could be a small but useful improvement. The key system takes a group work:) we figured it out, but I can imagine that for others that could be very stressful.
Short winter break
Liked: Location and access for tram
Disliked: Shower not great. Some doors were sticking. Could do with a Smart TV
Nice view and terrace in warm weather, not much to do off-season
Liked: Rooms are spacious. Large balcony, nice view from open roof top terrace. Quiet neighbourhood. Arrival and door opening via app pretty convenient. 5 min walk to nearest tram stop to Alicante city. Landlord was polite and replied quickly.
Disliked: Interior, furniture and equipment not really 'luxury'. Shower water runs warm only after appr. 4 minutes. Please note that pool is closed until May (2026).
Beautiful location but not luxury appartment
Liked: beautiful location, stunning beaches, friendly host versus missing comfort
Disliked: The furnitures were uncomfortable, the coach was very old and non comfi at all. Dining chairs were also terrible we could not seat on them without extra cushion. They advertise the apartment as luxurious which is a bit misleading. All very basic with no luxury. missing wine glasses and a proper oven. The doors creaked, as did the beds which were also too hard. The bathroom sink drain was blocked throughout our stay.It really caused a lot of discomfort. We solved the sink drain ourselves and also the creaking doors with olive oil;-). the app system to open the front door did not work. Conclusion: forget the word "luxury"; the appartment needs refreshing and refurbishing badly. Would be great if owner reacts and take action for new customers.
