Excellent rental property with an even better host. Jose couldn’t have made our stay any easier and was always responsiv

Liked: Good accommodation space, easy to find and reasonable proximity to airport / Alicante centre / padel options and supermarkets.

Disliked: Very little. Would benefit from some additional kitchen knives and a Bluetooth speaker … but this is very minor. Overall an excellent property

Liked: The villa was gorgeous Just what we needed for a lab trip

Disliked: It's worth noting that there's a building site next door and we were woken up one morning with building work. Other than that it was great

  Exceptional Villa

Liked: This place is exceptional. It is located around a 20 minute drive from Alicante Airport and 10 minutes from San Juan. It is a neighbourhood in what appears to be a new development, but was very peaceful. If you have a car, this place is perfect as everything was within a short drive away. We stayed in a group of 8 and the Villa is generous in size with a large open plan ground floor and panoramic doors, leadings to an outdoor terrace. If being sociable is important to you, this was perfect for everyone to eat lunch and dinner together with space for 8 people at an elongated table. The attention to detail is second to none, Jose has thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay. From coffee pods to fresh towels, the Villa had everything we needed. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet Jose as our plane was delayed, but he provided clear videos and a voice note with self check in instructions, which were no issue. Hopefully we will be back, next time to challenge Jose on the padel court!

Incredible, spacious and modern villa. Highly recommend

Liked: Incredible Villa, fantastically located away from the hustle and bustle. Very private and spacious, modern and quirky and the perfect villa we were looking for for a short break with the family. Cannot thank the host enough for his communication and advice on restaurants. Will definitely be returning in the future.
