Clean house with efficient host
Liked: The property was as expected, like in the pictures. Very clean. The staff was efficient and responsive

300 euro deposit required, not well cleaned
Liked: Lovely high ceilings and modern design of our ground floor apartment, lovely bedroom designs and comfortable beds and bathrooms. The beach is lovely and many nice restaurants around. Very close to the tram, which is a lovely way to travel to and from Alicante. Lovely pool area and kids play park.
Disliked: Asked for a cot 4 times and didn’t get one so our toddler had to sleep in our bed. Unwashed floors, leading to black socks, it was swept/hoovered but not actually clean for our stay. Thick dust on skirting boards, kettle with rust inside. Mentioned this and a cleaner was sent the next day. Deposit required to be aware of, as this does make the experience more stressful as you start looking at all the damage to walls and marks etc and needing to take photos incase they want to charge you for it, which isn’t relaxing.
Liked: The apartments are very clean. The location is awesome: - close to the beach - there are tram/bus stops nearby - Consum is by the complex and Mercadona in a walking distance

A surcharge of 30 euros applies for arrivals after check-in hours (22.00 ). And from 12 AM to 2 AM, the cost will be 50 euros, to be paid in cash upon arrival at the property. In the Partially Refundable condition, the entire amount will be charged after checking in.
