Very good
Shabby apartment - you pay for the location and the seaside view
Liked: The apartment is in an excellent location, just steps from the beach, with a beautiful seaside view. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. It is, in our opinion, significantly overpriced compared to the quality, comfort, and overall standard of the apartment
Disliked: The apartment was not properly equipped for the six guests it is advertised to accommodate. There were not enough glasses or plates, no proper kitchen knives, and the pots and pans were so worn and warped that cooking even simple meals was difficult. The kitchen also lacked basic equipment, such as oven mitts, utensils for stirring food while cooking, and even a proper pasta server. While the landlord supplied some missing items after we requested them, they should have been available from the start. The overall condition of the apartment is shabby and poorly maintained. There is peeling paint, damaged woodwork, exposed wiring hanging from ceiling light fixtures, a bathroom door that barely closes because it scrapes the floor, and unstable metal beds that do not match the price level. Overall, the apartment gives the impression of having received very little maintenance over many years. The biggest drawback is the complete lack of air conditioning. Potential renters should be aware that the apartment relies entirely on fans, which provide only a light breeze. During the Spanish summer, this made the apartment uncomfortably warm and falls well below what we would expect at this price point. If you choose this apartment, do so only for the location and the sea view - not for the quality or comfort of the accommodation. It is significantly overpriced for what is provided, and based on our experience, we cannot recommend renting this apartment.
Liked: A luxurious view and a fantastic location.
Disliked: The furnishings were worn, and overall cleanliness could have been better. The apartment needs renovation.
Liked: Location is great for family stay. Shops, beach, pizza, tram. Apartment is spacious, really big balcony, really high. The host is nice and responsive. Parking also fine.
Disliked: Even though we had to pay a damage deposit in advance, some things in the apartment were worn. Loose shower holder, door handle and other minor stuff. Bed frames really wobbly. Wifi wasn't working for couple of days. We stayed in February, it was really windy in the first line of the coast. I wish there was a dishwasher.

Liked: Modern spacious, good location looking out to the sea, very good bed and mattress, low floor, clean towels and rooms
Disliked: Not as close to Benidorm, tho tram is outside 1hr 15 to Benidorm: digital access confused me at first, it is a gated block 🙃
Tatry place with a great view
Liked: The location and view was very good.
Disliked: The furniture was very tired, broken blinds, in the windows rusty bins and it wasnt possible to close the doors on the balcony. The lamp shades had mold on them and so.e drawers in the wardrobes were falling apart There were no bowls in the kitchen for cereal and only 4 mugs for drinking coffee and the apartment is meant for 6 people. When i messaged the owner her response was something standard and didnt even answer my question. On the leaving day we had a flight late in the day and asked to stay until 1 instead of 11. We offered to pay. The reply was no, because they said the apartment was booked later that day. We stayed on the beach in front and kept an eye out for the cleaner coming but nobody came. So, very, very poor customer service.i would not stay thete again.
Liked: The view, position
Disliked: The accomodation was really "easy". Sleeping on the bed in master bedroom was like advanture, one never knew if the bed will survive, a lot of things were broken or looked really old. The appartment has great possibilities that are not used. And that is really a shame. It would be enough to fine-tune a few details.
