Liked: Nice clean modern apartment. Exellent heating. Good and quiet location. Few times there was some noise from the bar next door, but not much. If you have a small car and good reverse skills, you can drive all the way to the apartment door to load/unload and park also. Parking places usually free also on roads near the house.

Disliked: There is mold or sewer smell in bathroom. I quess it is because the ventilation does not work well. Plenty of warm water 👍 but the shower faucet is tricky to adjust and might be even dangerous to children. Just a little move of the leverer and the water changes frow cool to burning hot (in Finland we are maybe too used to exellent thermostat faucets😊)
