  Liked: Great location and view. Nice property, generally well laid out.

  Disliked: It was windy when we were there (not their fault!) but the aerial and satellite dish squeaked horrendous all night sounding like a donkey. I'm sure this could be fixed, or fit them not on the side of the bedrooms. I didn't find the bed very comfy. No bedside lamps in main bedroom and light switch only on one side of bed.

  A house with stunning view of the mountains

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay, and the house has a stunning view in all directions. We have hours of tranquillity while watching the great view. The house is about a 20-minute drive to the entrance of Caminito del Rey.

  Disliked: The auto gate malfunctioned during our stay. We need to open and close manually. We left very early for del Rey when it was still dark, which made it a bit of a hassle for us

  I would’ve happily paid double

  Liked: We had an amazing stay! The views were absolutely stunning and definitely a highlight. The facilities were great, especially the BBQ area and the pool, which was perfect for relaxing. A huge thanks to our hosts for being so helpful, especially for taking us out to get food after we arrived late — really appreciated that extra effort. Honestly, the whole experience was such good value I would’ve happily paid double. Would definitely come back!

  Incredible

  Liked: The location is absolutely incredible, with panoramic mountain views, sunrises to die for, a swimming pool overlooking the valley and a lovely cozy woodburner for the evenings! We also really appreciated the bathroom at the end of the garden, for 5 people sharing the house, it was nice to have it separate! Our host was really lovely and met us in a local town to show us the route (as sat nav will likely take you through some rivers in this area!), she then came to meet us to collect the keys on the last day, and was very accommodating with allowing an earlier check in ☺️ It's an exciting drive around the mountain roads nearby, perhaps not one for those who are scared of heights, but the lakes and nearby sights are in close range of the house and the views you'll get in the journey are out of this world! We have visited in early spring, so the hills and mountain are currently luscious green, and vibrant, and we made good use of the barbecue for a delicious meal with a view on our last sunset

  Disliked: I didn't check in advance whether the nearby restaurant was open when we were there, nothing to do with the accommodation, as there were really no faults there! Just be sure to stock up on food and drink (don't forget coffee and milk like we did!), as it's a good drive to the nearby Supermercado, and the local restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesdays
