  Perfect stay for the Caminito del Rey hike

  Liked: Staff were wonderful and welcoming. Very friendly and helpful. Cooked us a great meal. Our room’s terrace was perfect, great way to relax and enjoy the sunset. Great location, short 3 min walk to shops and very close to the train station and shuttle bus for caminito del Rey. Perfect shower/bathroom. Parking is limited but free and easy Pool was small and simple but perfect for a quick soak with a view of the mountains.

  Disliked: Staff hours are very limited, only there a few hours out of the day

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay- the room was comfortable and clean, very quiet, and had a beautiful view of the mountains.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, we couldn't use the terrace (but we really wanted to have coffee there!) because there were huge wasps constantly flying around. For the same reason, we had to keep the window closed. I recommend installing a mosquito net with a magnetic closure.

  Lovely spot, lovely hotel. Excellent for those doing el Caminito del Rey

  Liked: Location; quality and finish of room, terrace.

  Disliked: Not much available from the menu. Water in bathroom was cold. I guess that is a sacrifice for everything else.
